We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

Placing an Order
Placing an order with TCS Chandlery is easy. Simply navigate around our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'BUY NOW' button.

Wherever you are on our site, you can add items to your basket in the same way.

You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" button.

You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.

Post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket

Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping

Fill in the order details on the secure form

Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice. E&OE.
Special offer prices or prices below our RRP are strictly subject to availability.
Promotions, special offers and free gifts are strictly subject to availability.
Customers outside the EC may divide prices by 1.175.

Payment
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo.

Edit My Order
Should you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.

Shipping
Order online or by phone by 2.00pm.
We aim to dispatch "in stock" items the same day if you order before 2.00pm!! All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday. We can deliver to your home or work address if more convenient. All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should a signature be unobtainable or a specified address is inaccessible and the delivery returned to TCS Chandlery the customer will be liable for return postage.

Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Product packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. We may require proof that the item was signed for as damaged on arrival. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Limitation on Liability
In no event will TCS Chandlery Ltd or any of its subsidiaries be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages occurring in any part from the use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if TCS Chandlery is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
