"I have to update my previous review wherein I spoke of my concern over the delivery of my tv. I received a phone call from the owner of TCS Chandlery who discussed my comments and in view of this I have to state it was the carrier who was at fault. Every company at times have service problems which was in this case not of their making, and it is how they react to them that matters and for me the prompt reaction was very effective and I would happily deal again."

"The tv is just as described and is good. I would mention tho how I was told it had been despatched but as it hadn't arrived before we were to go on holiday, I contacted TCS telling them to ask the carrier to hold delivery for 10 days. The tv arrived on a tuesday with a label clearly showing it was only despatched by overnight and not the 2 weeks previous as they originally stated. As discussed with Andrew 27/8/21 this was an error by our supplier of which we were unaware and in fact disappointed to have been let down by our supplier. He accepted our explanation and apology."
