Purchasing from Complete Marine Solutions Ltd Trading as TCS Chandlery.

Complete Marine Solutions Ltd (TCS Chandlery) is an independent owned company with a high knowledge of Marine products.

Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

Placing an Order
Placing an order with TCS Chandlery is easy. Simply navigate around our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'BUY NOW' button.
Wherever you are on our site, you can add items to your basket in the same way.
You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" button.
You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
Post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping

If one or more items ordered are temporarily unavailable you will be sent an out of stock notice. We DO NOT show live stock on our website and you are advised to call us if your order is of a particularly urgent nature

Edit My Order
Should you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.(Goods that have been ordered incorrectly and are returned for a refund maybe subjet to a restocking charge.)

Order online or by phone by 1.00pm.
We aim to dispatch "in stock" items the same day if you order before 1.00pm!!  All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery.  All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday.  We can deliver to your home or work address if more convenient.  All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery.  Should a signature be unobtainable or a specified address is inaccessible and the delivery returned to TCS Chandlery the customer will be liable for return postage.

Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Product packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Any Items that are received faulty or damaged MUST be communicated to TCS Chandlery Mail Order Department via email and accompanying photos within 48hrs of receipt, beyond this time we may be unable to rectify. We may also require proof that the item was signed for as damaged on arrival. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. 

Goods that have been ordered incorrectly and are returned for a refund maybe subject to a restocking charge.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the receipt of the returned item, the refund will be credited Via Sagepay or debit/credit card used for payment.

Limitation on Liability
In no event will Complete Marine Solutions Ltd or any of its subsidiaries be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages occurring in any part from the use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if Complete Marine Solutions Ltd is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
