Seago long-life biscuits can be used in any survival situation requiring a concentrated, long life emergency ration. The biscuit ration requires no preparation and may be eaten directly from the box. Each 515g package gives 10,465 kJ or 2,503 kcal and contains the highest possible ratio of balanced nutrition compared to volume. Seago emergency Ration is compressed into bars each package of SOS (515 g net) contains 7 bars packed with grease-proof paper. The 7 bars are packed under vacuum in air- and water-tight alu-foil.
