Set of 5 Selma Splicing Fids.

Selma Splicing Fids (Needles) are made from highly polished stainless steel used for splicing doublebraids (braid-on-braid rope), 3-strand construction ropes & also hollowbraids ropes. They come in a protective case complete with detailed illustrated instructions.

Selma Fids can be used in the marine and industrial rigging for splicing Loop splices, eye splices, back splices & end-to-end splices. They can splice

• Braid on Braid: 3.5mm to 14mm
• 3-Strand, 12-Strand & Hollowbraid ropes from 3.5mm to 22mm
• 5 Set contains fids with internal diameter (ID) of 4mm, 5,5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm & 13mm
